What’s included in the box?
The package includes 4 Stryde Straps (one size fits all, for arms and legs), a air pump, a quick-start guide, and a premium carrying case.
How do I clean the bands?
Simply wipe the straps with a wet cloth. Avoid submerging the pressure gauge in water.
What should I pump the straps to?
When inflating your straps, ensure the safety lock clicks for proper air flow. Pump 40%-80% of limb occlusion pressure. Each pressure is specific to the individual and their experience with BFR training.
Attach the pump and twist the metal knob to deflate the straps, rolling out any extra air.
When deflating your straps, click the round button on the strap to immediately release the pressure.
How do I know if the pressure is correct?
You should feel strong muscular engagement within 30 seconds, mild discomfort (not pain) by rep 8-10, and no numbness or tingling. If you experience numbness or tingling, reduce the pressure.
